Phrase Version - Participants are presented with four phrase type answers from which he/she chooses one that is “Most Like Me” and one that is “Least Like Me”. The phrase version allows you to bring DiSC to a broader range of learners. Written at a sixth-grade reading level, DiSC Classic Phrase Version provides an alternative to the traditional "single word" response format.
This Phrase Version of DiSC provides the same 15 "Classical" Behavior Patterns: Developer, Result-Oriented, Inspirational, Creative, Promoter, Persuader, Counselor, Appraiser, Specialist, Agent, Achiever, Investigator, Objective Thinker, Perfectionist, and Practitioner.
